Classicrocklover238Trump realismTrump is a fundamental wrecking ball towards international and domestic stability. This podcast understands this well
-
trevor450All politicalTrump bashing almost nothing to do with defense and aerospace. I used to listen to this but it’s all super left wing garbage
-
thePeacePirateQuality contentGood show. You guys are starting to see Trump for who he is. Trump is doing exactly what Xi wants. When he invades Taiwan, trade is going to crumble anyways. Now Xi doesn’t have to be the bad guy in the eyes of his people
-
Chris-asdfghjklStrayed from the factsI’ve been listening to this podcast for about 3 years. You said multiple times before this administration took office that you wanted to root for their success. But for the last 3 months you’ve focused more on politics than defense and aerospace, and you refuse to look at the news from anything but a negative, one sided perspective. I really enjoyed the AirPower episodes but I just can’t stand the negativity.
-
Jeff from DaytonPretty goodFinancial analyst commentary is terrific. They look at it from a dollars and cents perspective. I do have an issue with Chris Servello giving commentary on ethics and the military. Just look up “bad Santa navy”. He has zero credibility to weigh in on anything which requires ethical judgment. Hence the three star rating vs a five.

Afterburner214Used to be good, Vago has severe TDSBeen listening for 4 years of normal informative coverage on A&D. If we can’t we get the politics out of the podcast which I understand can be difficult in an industry controlled by Washington. Can we at least get more balanced discussions?
-
Zaxk Xavier VoeltenTurned intoThe MSNBC of A&DPlease stick to reporting facts on A&D and hosting expert guests. Though love hearing them correct your spin
-
whodat61TDS needs to stopVago, I've been listening to this daily since 2018. Please can we change the discussion at least back to A&D? I get that you're freaking out about Trump. You, yourself, worried about Biden's reduction of the defense budget if you account for inflation and let's not talk about the Afghanistan withdrawal. Can we balance the coverage just slightly? You're obviously in a bubble and how about we give the new admin a chance and let's see what happens. It's only been 20+ days and NATO hasn't been overrun, yet. Happy to come on the show and discuss or provide an alternative view to all former Biden admin officials / MSNBC believers
-
crabe001Look at your historyThe shows host and producers need to look at how they handled issues from the Biden years and how they handle issues now. Since election time I’ve heard trumps name more than I’ve heard individual A&D company names. Under Biden it was administration and not specifics. Since 2023 everything has been trump focused etc. please do better. I don’t need your politics or your baseless theories, I want to know what A&D is currently doing, where it’s going and how we can improve against our current/future fighting environments

A&D EmployeeMust Listen for A&D StakeholdersIn an industry as multinational, integrated, and complex as A&D, keeping up with events in the ecosystem is nearly impossible on your own. This podcast provides a one-stop shop for the most important topics facing our industry. It provides invaluable perspective into the A&D industry from a who’s who of contributors from government, military, journalism, industry analysts, and industry executives. At a minimum, if you participate in the A&D industry, you would stand to benefit from listening to the following two weekly editions: Friday edition (Washington Roundtable) which is a roundtable of notable Republican and Democratic leaders commenting on current affairs related to the industry as seen from Capitol Hill. Weekend edition (Business Roundtable) which features leading industry and capital market analysts from the US and Europe.

Cujo2000I’m tornLove the focus on aviation, but the Trump Derangement Syndrome has become real over the last year — almost becoming intolerable to listen to the shows deep dive their hatred for Trump. Have started listening to Aviation Week more, but admittedly, it’s not the same as the quality Vago’s team used to deliver.
-
WlllyStyleMy go to news source on defenceGreat guests. A must listen on Thur, Fri, Sun and Monday. I find when I’m on holiday I still have to tune in!
-
nonicknamesplease!!-!Good info but slanted surprisingly leftyThis is a great source of information to those interested in America’s defense and evolution as a superpower, however, it lacks the objectivity necessary during any political discussions.
-
Thomas_SDPolitical Views Spoil an Excellent Podcast90% of the time the content and tone of this podcast are amazing and informative. The other 10% bring down the entire show by having guests that are completely focused on pushing far-left agendas.

Texas Terry 52AlainQuite a blend. Interesting insights on defense programs, some corporate self-promotion, a note of left wing bias, and major over-seasoning of Trump Derangement Syndrome. It is interesting to hear these intelligent and articulate people so ensconced inside the beltway bubble that they apparently can’t conceive that any but drooling deplorables could think other than they do. I am bemused that amid all the “defense” talk, one never hears a peep about the massive ongoing invasion at our southern border.
-
All4GatorsGreat content, rather hawkish and can get too politicalThese guys know their stuff and Vago is a great facilitator of the discussions. Judging from the commentary regarding appropriations and government oversight, Vago and his guests mostly lean left. Their analysis whitewashes the left’s involvement/actions and hammers the right. Definitely a touch of Trump derangement syndrome. The hawkish stances on active conflicts leaves me wanting to seek understanding of implications of less aggressive approaches.
-
ArgoJasonDeep State GraduatesNothing new here just the same same old military industrial complex propaganda.
-
EdbeauchMy favorite defense podcast.Vago, JJ and their guests are some of the most knowledgeable people in the aerospace and defense sector— it’s a real treat to have such an informative show available in podcast form. Can’t get enough of it.
-
pjm3D&AI’m quite interested in both Defense and aerospace sectors. One would be expect to hear about NGAD and the looming threat from the CCP. Instead, Vago has Herson on to talk about LGBTQPIA+ centers, funded through HUD, having their funding held back during the legislative process. We need an alternative D&A podcast that has all the access and privileges as Vago and some of his recurring guests.
-
MohiodThe bestVago and co are the best in the biz. Must listen for all this defense and aerospace.
-
vdmkevfrskjgdfveaListen now!The absolute best podcast for latest defense info and commentary

يوحنا المحاربUnbiased and clear explanations of complex issuesWhat else is there to say? CSIS continues to be a trusted and professional source of information. This stuff is the antidote to trashy political entertainment television or YouTube personalities. If you want to put in the effort to actually learn something, stick with the professionals at CSIS.

RRIG666Super Lucky FindUnbelievable podcast … stumbled into this gem by accident and it’s now one of my favorites. Keep up the good work guys!
-
Dreads FanThe strategy series is ... simply greatThe range of informed and thoughtful perspectives that the various interviewees provide on “strategy” is one of my favorite subset of any podcasts to which I subscribe. Mullen and Ricks - they’re the best. Enjoy! And be careful as you might, like I did, lose the better part of a day to listening.
-
Alc2012I found it!Finally! You did it! A podcast that provides insights into everything Federal Defense! I value the opinionated interviews, the wide swath of topics, and the deep-dives into topics that provide color to black and white topics that are complex, dynamic, and EXCITING! From strategic history, to current to air dominance, to hottest cyber security trends, and the budget reports that OMB is squabbling about - this podcast in all of its glory is a one-stop-shop to gain insight into the latest Aerospace Defense news!! Thank you to the creators of this amazing podcast! -RandoDoDCiv
-
Cmos EisleyLots of funIf you want to hear typical beltway hypocrisy, listen to these folks opine about “truth telling.” It is a great reminder that falsehood and self-serving rhetoric is normative in Washington.
-
kay to the beeeeeStill a long way to go.I thought I found a real informative and professional aerospace podcast but these guys need to lose the self indulgence and report news. Let us decide our opinions. If I wanted to listen to two people bash Trump (sept 9), I’d listen to cnn or any other of the 1000’s of podcasts of liberal rhetoric. Cmon guys. Rise above it. Too much going on in the world to be unoriginal.
-
obacker19Entertaining, insightful and actionable! 👏Whether you’re well established as someone innovating in the global security and aerospace industry, or just getting started as a catalyst for changing the status quo - this is a must-listen podcast for you! Vago does an incredible job leading conversations that cover a huge breadth of topics related to the ins and outs of navigating the ever changing geopolitical dynamics affecting security - from leaders who’ve actually walked the path. Highly recommend listening and subscribing!
-
I'd rather be flyingToo much biasI listen to this podcast for facts and professional opinion on defense and aerospace issues. I don’t listen to this podcast to hear the overwhelming bias from the majority democrat contributors and host.
