It’s not a good podcast. The main host is very hit & miss. At times he makes you wonder if he’s watched much baseball. Another regular host (think his name is Tim) almost certainly hasn’t watched much baseball. A couple of less regular contributors are most insightful. But given the lack of good NY podcasts, this one, despite its clear flaws, is a default top five.

Enjoy the show. They do a great job talking about analytics in an interesting way. Also, a lot of creative segments that makes the Yankee conversation engaging.

Same old same old tales show, very little reflection. Blow hard overeducated hosts that can’t get a ball out of an infield.

Love these guys. The Podcast is smart, short and to the point. In particular, the hosts have a good grasp of analytics so it’s a bit more cerebral than the more rant oriented podcasts out there. Just one issue: guys, the insurance commercials are intolerable. After a grating Progressive ad assaulted my ears without warning in the middle of a recent episode I am afraid I will no longer be able to listen in the car because I’ll cause an accident diving for the skip button. These audio atrocities are the primary reason I switched from radio to podcasts. Is there any way you can switch to host read ads or even set up a patreon to support an ad free feed? Seriously, I can’t relax and enjoy the show if I’m anticipating an uninvited attack from that vile creature Flo and/or her awful friends.

Last year I listened to four Yankee podcasts, and was not satisfied. I was listening to the guys in the bleachers. Yay! Boo! These guys, especially EJ, are fans but also true analysts, with data and all. Great work guy, keep it up and go Yanks.

I’ve listened to a few other yankee themed podcasts and they have all been hard to listen to these guys however are great! Best part they actually use stats and analytics to support there opinions. Everyone is speaks well and has educated positions. They cover everything relevant from the minors to the big league club. Only complaint is that it could longer or posted more frequently but I’ll take what I can get.

Though I'm a bit biased, I admit...

Hosts have a good knowledge of all levels of the Yankee system, and provide a thoughtful take on on- and off-the-field news for the team. Great for fans to have a consistently good Yankee-themed podcast!

Thanks for a great podcast. It's great to not be "talked down to" and hear baseball talk directed at educated fans. 4 stars rather than 5 is due to volume issues and paper shuffling. Good luck!
