Too much background noise. It sounded like someone was using a price gun. Previous shows had someone messing with plastic trays.

I do love the show and all the panelists as they discuss Star Wars action figures. But, there’s a guy on there (I won’t mention his name), who doesn’t like anything. I wish I was being dramatic and overreacting, but just listen and you’ll understand. I’m really befuddled as to why he’s on the show. And, he’s never in a good mood in the discussions. Like, ever. Clearly, the Dark Side is consuming him… or something.

Interesting podcast from the standpoint of topics and the perspective of the guests. But there are possibly too many panelists. And this is compounded by audio quality issues. I expect the audio during a work or family zoom call to be marginal, but I want better production quality from a podcast. I can’t really tell who’s speaking, and it’s distracting. Also? Tighten up the agenda and the running time. I want you guys to succeed, but you have to put in the work.

My mother showed up to my house one day with a bag of what she said were “my toys” she found while cleaning out the attic. Inside were about 20 Star Wars action figures that I hadn’t seen in probably 40 years. It spurred an interest in finding out more about Star Wars action figures as they were an integral part of my childhood so I did a lot of research and found Galaxy of Toys podcast one of the best resources for anyone interested in vintage to modern Star Wars action figures. I went back and listened to their first episode while commuting and really enjoyed it so I made a habit of tuning in while driving to and from work and made it through all of them recently. Now I wish that they did more shows as I miss listening to them. The current crew of Jason, Ryan, Matt, Jake and Chris have great chemistry and are always interesting. I miss hearing from the former cast members, Chriz B. and Tom, but Chriz has his own podcast now that is also great. I did the same and listened to all of his and it was very helpful. This is a great podcast for anyone interested in learning more about those three and three quarter inch scale action figures that many of us grew up with, and to hear about where the line has gone and where it’s going in the future. Thank you, Jason, for putting in the time.

I’m a casual Star Wars action figure collector. This is the best podcast for Star Wars collectors. It’s very entertaining and informative. I have purchased several figures solely because they were highly touted on this show. I recently started re- listening to the old episodes. It’s cool to hear the guys mention some figures or sets they would like Hasbro to make and then remember that Hasbro eventually acquiesced. Someone at Hasbro listens to these guys. Matt Fox is my favorite. “That is the worst figure Hasbro has ever produced. I bought two” Matt Fox. Hilarious!

This podcast is full of negativity and hate for collecting. I do not understand how this panel will hate on an item with a 5 minute rant and then finish with, “i went ahead and bought 3 of them”. First you complain about 5 poa and then wonder why no 5 poa for TROS. And then your panel complain about lack of vintage and SA figures, then get and complain about pricing and detail and packaging. This unfortunately is what Toxic Fans do now and its very deflating for real fans who just enjoy the moment and only collect what they love. The information is great but listening to 40 and 50 year olds whine about “TOYS” for a hour or more is just dumb. Be happy guys! These are toys and this is Star Wars!

This pod is always a great listen, and it's definitely my favorite Star Wars action figure podcast. The host Jason does a really great job directing the flow and every show has a strong panel of guests. What I enjoy most is that each person offers unique opinions and thoughts on the latest Star Wars Hasbro action figure releases. Everyone has their own persepective. Highly recommended if you are a toy collector who loves either The Vintage Collection (like me) and/or The Black Series.

I love the witty repartee with the hosts and how they talk about and joke about Star Wars action figures. It bring back memories when I collected Star Wars action figures as a kid.

Most of the show is good, but the one older guy who just bemoans everything is just too much. Like quit collecting man, the world is never going back to the 90s and times have changed.

Too long and rambling. Too apologetic to the newer toys of which are universally panned as inferior and overly expensive. It's ok to be critical when need be.

Galaxy of Toys used to be a must listen for me weekly then .....poof! They quit broadcasting. I don’t recall them saying a thing about a hiatus. If they did than I rescind this review. CRAPPY way to treat your listeners! Thank God Toy Run kicked in and I think I actually have enjoyed that as much or a little more! Come on Galaxy of Toys hosts at least let your listeners know if you’re done podcasting!!!

This is the first star wars collecting podcast I started listening to. It ignited my collecting fire for vintage and I'm glad they're still doing an occasional podcast. Funny and informative.

But u have to download and listen to it to understand why it gets one star

Toy Run is the best Star Wars action-figure-collecting podcast in the galaxy. A long time ago in a galaxy NOT so far, far away, I was unaware of new product rumors, reviews and all the details that we SW toy collectors care about! Since listening to this podcast, I am in the know and find myself to be a more devoted collector as a result. I love this Podcast!!! I stumbled across this podcast about a month ago and can't enough!!! All the stories you guys talk about shoots me right back to 1995 getting my Han mail away, looking up at the potf figs on the TRU shelves, the times of episodes 1,2,3 and now 7!! I'm a 31 year old father of two girls so I currently live in a world of pink. Your podcast has reignited my passion for collecting and have pulled out all my boxes of toys for display, and restoration!! You guys make my days at work waaaay better!!! I really like the variety this show offers. Everything is entertaining but the discussions about the movie scores are fascinating and something I never would have learned more about if it wasn't for this show. I have only listened to a few Star Wars podcasts; SW Action News, Podcast 66, Star Joes and this one but they all seem to follow the same successful formula, talk about Star Wars and have a host named Ryan. Thanks for the putting in all the work a show like this must take, I appreciate it.

This is by far my favorite pod cast on the web and on I tunes. It's a great show with great hosts. It's very informative and interesting the only way it could get any better would be if it had pitchers to go along with the show.
