StrawberrymangossLife changingThank you so much for this podcast & the heart + love you’ve poured into it. It’s made such a huge difference in my life as a late diagnosed autistic mama.

RudesPerezAmazingly RelatableI’ve been coming to terms with my late-recognized autism…this pod has been an amazing resource for me. The host’s presentation and thoroughly researched content and honest presentation has brought me to tears of joy in framing my childhood through this lense. I always thought I just sucked at life, but Ashra has helped me see and accept myself and now I’m better able to accommodate myself and come to terms with the guilt and shame I’ve struggled with all these years

destitutionsAshra has a gift!I’ve listened to a lot of autism podcasts and read a lot of autism books, and just when I thought my special interest in autism books and podcasts was ebbing, I found Ashra’s instagram and then came here. I really hope this podcast picks up a wider following, because there are few resources that are as easily digestible and to-the-point as this one. She’s a breath of fresh air—uncompromisingly factual yet approachable and accessible. It shows in this podcast, and it shows in the good-faith, interesting, thought-provoking conversations in the community that is springing up around her content.

PickleBerry3Are we twins?I am newly professionally diagnosed AuDHD/ptsd. I cannot handle how much I adore the entirety of your podcast. I am extremely grateful to have access to your thoughts and knowledge. I believe that I’m just as driven to find the answers and get the best knowledge out there for the people you’re speaking up for!! I am extremely tired from advocating EXTRA for myself and it SHOULDNT BE THIS HARD… Advocate, advocate, advocate!! Thank you for being AWESOME ❕🫶🏽

paglabaglaFantastic!Ashra is such a polished podcaster for someone who didn't start very long ago. The is the best information source for late diagnosed autism. My only concern is she might run out of topics! She provides solid experiential information and when unable to do so, she is very upfront about it. I like the way she handles that.

inkshrayTerrific showAshra has insights much beyond her years. If you suspect you’re “on the spectrum”, you probably are-and Ashra helps lighten the heavy burden (and isolation) of being autistic in our modern culture. Thank you Ashra. I hope this show is super successful.

Armstrong, NAmazingly helpfulAs a person who was medically diagnosed as AuDHD (autism and ADHD) recently, Ashra explains autism in a way that helps me understand myself more and apply some of the suggestions mentioned in her podcast. Thank you Ashra.

Eric on Ocean Ave.Thank you for this great podcast!I’m getting close to 50 (eek!) and I am self diagnosed with similar symptoms to my daughter who has been diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, and Anxiety. I feel like everything in the first handful of episodes is incredibly relatable. I’ve struggled with alcohol for both dealing with social anxiety but also for trying to get outside of myself. I have also wanted to un-alive multiple times throughout my life. Especially when it feels like the near-typical world just does not want me in it. Looking forward so much to what you talk about next! Thank you!!!!

andydugieFeeling super seenAs a late diagnosed AuDHDer I am loving this Podcast. You are so good at articulating masking and how it plays a roll into friendships and just overall social interaction. I have never been able to explain why it’s so overwhelming to be around multiple people or have multiple relationships until now! So thank you for that.
