Chef’s PSA by André Natera is straight fire! As a chef and a self-proclaimed gourmand, I’m always on the lookout for that real talk about the culinary game, and this podcast delivers it like a perfectly seared steak—juicy and full of flavor. André’s got that vibe that makes you feel like you’re chilling in the kitchen with your homies, chopping it up about the unwritten do’s and don’ts of the culinary world. He’s not just spitting facts; he’s dropping gems that every cook, from the line cook hustling in a hot kitchen to the seasoned chef running the show, needs to hear. It’s like he’s giving you the secret sauce to navigate the culinary landscape without getting burned. What I love most is how André keeps it real about the hustle. He’s talking about the grind, the late nights, and the hustle that comes with the territory. But he’s also shining a light on where the culinary scene is headed—like, sustainability, innovation, and how to keep your game fresh. It’s refreshing to hear someone who’s not just about the glitz and glam but is also focused on the soul of cooking. He’s all about that soigne approach, making sure every dish tells a story and respects the ingredients. The guests he brings on? Pure gold. Each episode feels like a masterclass, with chefs and foodies dropping knowledge that you can’t find in any textbook. They’re sharing their journeys, their struggles, and the lessons learned along the way, which is super inspiring. It’s like a culinary family reunion where everyone’s sharing their best tips and tricks while passing around the good vibes. If you’re in the kitchen or just a foodie at heart, Chef’s PSA is a must-listen. André’s passion for the craft shines through every episode, and it’s a reminder that cooking isn’t just about the food—it’s about the culture, the community, and the love that goes into every dish. So, plug in, take notes, and get ready to elevate your culinary game. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I enjoy this podcast so much!
My boyfriend works in the culinary industry and I wanted to understand more of his world, this podcast has helped me to understand more of his love for cooking and all the struggles/ accomplishments that come with cooking that I was able to comprehend with this podcast even more. I would recommend this podcast to absolutely anyone that enjoys learning about new things and even more if your partner works in an industry that is not your personal passion but would like to learn to be able to understand for yourself and them. Love it!!

    Takes me back
This podcast is so relatable - I’m no longer in the operation anymore but every episode I find myself saying “I wish this was around for my culinary teams” or “This is so true” - He knows what he’s talking about, it’s rooted in experience - listen to the all episodes, get his books - this is the information every cool has been waiting for.

    Good stuff!!!
Chef. This is the first podcast I have ever listened to (and now searching for more in different interests). I can’t tell you how much I agree with everything you say. My growing up in a kitchen was with a 1 Michelin starred chef for 7 years and what you talk about is the life I once knew. I try to instill this kitchen style to my cooks and have started sharing these podcasts with them. I feel like you say what I can’t. Cheer!! Keep up the good work. Tony
