Anthony Davis is one of the best podcasters on this team. I love his diverse insights and unfiltered facts he provides to the world. This and “unfiltered” on Wednesdays are my favorite shows.

Love your show & the diversity of the guests you have on. David Cay Johnston is phenomenal! I wish he could go on every news station in the country to educate people. I learned a lot from him & he validated many of my existing beliefs. Please have him back!

Really like this informative podcast, however, the hosts too often fall into silly, inappropriate laughter. I understand that they want to lighten-up the seriousness of the subject matter but it seems too distracting. Many people might believe it’s unprofessional and stop listening to their thought provoking discussions.

This is a vital podcast, and I sincerely hope that it reaches an audience beyond those of us who are in agreement about trump’s mental unfitness. As a trauma therapist in private practice, I have greatly appreciated Dr. Bandy Lee’s insights. If she is on future episodes, I was wondering if she could address the mental characteristics of those who succumb to trump contagion and right-wing propaganda. For instance, my husband and I both grew up in families who have unfortunately been “converted” by Fox News, etc, however, we are clearly the opposite. I am sure there has been something written about this somewhere, but I was curious as to her perspective. Is it simply a matter of age, geography, sex, etc, or is it something more? I have highly-educated neighbors who believe the election was stolen, so I don’t believe that education is solid determinant either. Thank you so much and be well:)

All Americans should listen to the 2024/8/25 episode in which Dr. Bandy Lee discusses Trump’s mental unfitness for any job. To compensate for his lifelong lack of empathy, like Hitler, Trump has developed a skill to manipulate crowds, inciting resentment and violence. This makes him a danger to society.

My only criticism of today’s analysis (9/8/24) is that the hosts keep identifying the problem as “Russia,“ when the truth is that loyalty to particular nation-states is quaint and irrelevant to the billionaire class. When corporations became multinational, by definition, they lost their national identity. Amazon, for example, is a storefront for cheap, low-wage-labor-produced merchandise, whether it is made in China, Texas, or Bangladesh. Fox News is not a mouthpiece for the Republican party, per se, but for the international oligarchical regime that has taken over the U.S. Republican Party. Likewise, Russian propaganda is not designed to benefit “Russia,” but rather the oligarchs who spend most of their time on the beaches of Europe. They might hire Russian programmers, or they might hire programmers from Myanmar, it’s all the same to them. Along those lines, I am curious to know what you think about Trump TWICE suggesting that he might move to Venezuela. He loves strong dictators, balmy weather, and beautiful women, so it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he has developed a back channel to flee there when the need arises.

I agree with another listen’s comment that Dump could win by electoral college. That frightens me.

I am afraid that Trump could win the electoral college vote, too many good candidates won the popular vote but did not win the election. Thank you for your shows!

I love the objective analysis of Dr Bandy Lee. Unfortunately in America, denial of mental health issues and their causes is embedded in mainstream culture. Please keep talking about it to ‘wake them up.’ Love Anthony as sole host too!!

Love your show. I highly recommend we STOP saying “threat to DEMOCRACY” & instead say “threat to constitution” or to “the republic”. A LOT of people directly associate ‘democracy’ with the Democratic Party. I know it’s hard to believe but it’s very, very true. Iowa is such an example. When someone says “threat to democracy”…a lot of ppl think that means the democrats!!!

Remarkable in depth analysis of current events, this is a powerful listen when I have the time while driving or doing chores, etc! So good Anthony, thank you!

I stumbled on your show by accident. I’m overwhelmed with frustration at the American love affair with Trump. People who claim to be devoutly Christian but don’t care that Trump boasted about sexually assaulting women. I love your perspective. It’s great that you were born and raised in the UK where religious zealotry is not tolerated. These days I watch American tv and half of the program is pressuring us embrace Jesus. Very tiresome. What does that have to with politics?

Anthony Davis, in the latest episode, just said, “Maybe we should all join No Labels.” No Labels is a far-right-funded party trying to run Joe Manchin under the guise of “centrism”, in order to syphon off votes from Biden in 2024. Davis saying what he did, without explaining what No Labels is, is not just the height of irresponsibility, it’s incredibly stupid. I doubt he even knows that No Labels is funded by far right Republicans, because he’s a bloviator who apparently prefers listening to own voice to thinking.

Fabulous interview with Anthony Amanatuick. All of the interviews are really interesting. I look forward to this podcast every week.

AD is the best interviewer in the business bar none. His speaking style and mastery of the English language make listening so enjoyable, I often listen twice. I also appreciate his perspective on our current political and social problems. To put it mildly.

I enjoy the wise and compassionate reasoning of the interviewer with his guest. A style I can learn from and enjoy listening to. Thank you!

Tremendous discussion on this Patreon kickoff episode. Thank you. I appreciated the discussion of Jimmy Carter, his ups and downs, and his valuable contributions to our Country. He was/is a man of honor, and America chewed him up and spit him out. Anthony, what you’re witnessing is the loss of American honor and, yes, you should feel the discomfort. Isn’t it a pity? Reread and rewatch THE LOUDEST VOICE IN THE ROOM to understand Fox outrage TV entertainment. I’ve never managed more than 10 minutes of that c**p because I simply want to gouge my eyes out. The 10 minutes I did watch was Yawn H. calling for the immediate firing of the US attorneys because THIS IS WAR. He was literally hollering at the audience. And sure enough TFG fired the attys en masse the next day.

We all have to take a stand against the Trump disgusting monster. I am embarrassed to think what other countries think of us . We are better than this as long as we all come together we can overcome

I have enjoyed many of the guests of this podcast but some of the host’s way of using “us vs them” language is hard to listen to.

Anthony Davis is an interviewer who knows when to just let the guest speak and when to move things along. Love his interviews.

Filipkowski was the so brilliant in his take on Trump, the media, and America. I listened twice. I hope many Democrats were listening. He should be invited to speak on many other podcasts. Great great show!

As I listen on my headset to #41 today, I’d crank up the volume to hear you, and then the guest would blast in my ear… turn down the volume… and you come on and I can’t hear you… up and down the entire episode. Thanks for a great series.

Lastly, recommend listening to Meidas Touch pods (any of them are ussful). Kremlin Files gives us a view of across the pond/national security type, LegalAF is EXCELLENT Legal analysis discussion. etc etc...
