PattonmarkedwardHealingThis podcast has been a lifesaver for me. I have been sick for three years. I had Covid three times, the last time was ugly but I passed through it two weeks later was the beginning of this new life for me. Vertigo, Vomiting, losing consciousness, extreme exhaustion ( I have been in bed for the past 5 weeks asleep most of the time).. I have AIDS for 26 years the HIV has been managed but this has blown my recovery, I have lost all my gains the numbers have returned me to AIDS diagnosis.. I take it a day by day situation. I am lucky to have a pension and a stable home life . I have home caretakers because I can not manage alone. I thought I was crazy.. I have been in hospital so I have had every test multiple times but the general ER Doctor have no idea what is happening.. finally I found my present Doctors and you. I take it a day at a time.

Ccc the GreatImportant LC infoThank you for doing this even as you’re trying to cope with your own Long Covid symptoms. I really appreciate—and find useful—the info I get from your interviews with the researchers.

i can fry if i want toExcellent interviewsThe kind of info that news articles rarely include in depth. Thank you to the hosts!!!

sloanwoofThis podcast has saved my lifeI have been listening since the first episode. As a fellow Long COVID patient, these brave women have kept me from feeling isolated, crazy & gaslighted by the world so many times. Only people with LC can understand how much effort it must take to put together a podcast like this with the rotating cast of symptoms we go through daily. They are brilliant, relentless researchers: every episode features guests at the cutting edge of research and treatment. The candidness with which they share their own LC journeys is deeply appreciated by this fellow traveller. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

K8LettuceThe BESTThank you, ladies, for all that you do. You are changing lives!!! This is the resource I use to stay sane, safe, and well-informed. Y’all taught me how to care for myself and how to advocate for my illness. I truly credit my current increased baseline because of y’all. Highly recommend to everyone with Long Covid.

Hobbers2019Fantastic!Wonderfully informative and very well done. I have learned so much about my condition and found support and help when I was alone suffering with Long Covid. Thank you for your work and thank you to all the doctors and researchers working on this. I pray for you and your work…and all of us suffering trying to remain hopeful.

Jobi C.This has been the single most important resource in my recoveryI developed LC 10 months ago, and knew only one other person at the time who had the condition. The first thing she told me was to subscribe to this and listen to it. It has helped me in three very important ways: 1. I can’t focus on reading anymore so reading research or keeping up on articles is next to impossible. TLC gets the most important researchers onto the cast and the hosts use their journalistic skills to get the most salient information to us. Their backgrounds make their vetting process superior - no one is trying to sell snake oil here. 2. The hosts themselves present brief, no-nonsense, calm, but also heartfelt accounts of their own recoveries in a way that helps me feel I am not alone. 3. The information I have learned from a handful of the casts (particularly with physio therapists or physical therapists) gave me the ONLY concrete practices for early recovery since it took me months to get into appropriate therapy, and even that simply isn’t enough. If you are struggling with LC, or have someone in your life who is, this show is a MUST LISTEN.

Queen of SpoonsEssential listening for LC informationEvery episode includes vital information on the condition. The hosts have been leading the way in the discussion about long covid for years now, even as they battle with the effects of it on themselves. Total heroes.

Deb from MNI don’t feel so alone.Thank you both for this podcast. Not only do you have incredible information, you make me laugh with your wit. I often feel so alone as I soldier on through this rotten world of long Covid. As I listen to you, I feel validated. My heart felt thanks.

GayleNCAuthentic and Informative!!I am a huge fan of Emily and Noreen. “How was your week?” is now a weekly discussion in our house. This podcast would be helpful based solely on their discussion of their Long COVID journeys that so many of us relate to. But in addition to their personal stories, they also host many of world’s top LC researchers and physicians. Although Emily and Noreen are not researchers, they have dug into LC and the literature so these discussions are grounded in the Real World experience of LC patients. This podcast is a fabulous resource for patients, caregivers, physicians and policy makers!
