This podcast is one I go back to again and again for all things inspirational and aspirational. Dan’s guests offer a peek behind the curtain of some of the most interesting lives while Dan himself is a great host and able to lead the conversation naturally and knowledgeably. I keep a pen and notebook with me anytime I’m listening - by the end of the episode I have a page of notes and feel inspired

I so enjoy this podcast as I learn something from each and every episode. And I often feel like I have had the opportunity to listen in on such an authentic and intimate conversation that leaves me feeling inspired.

Just finished listening to the Thomas Keller interview, and it was such a tour de force of a conversation on the development of American food culture and Thomas Keller’s role and impact on it. Felt like an easy flowing conversation, and I really appreciated the balance between the professional and personal growth discussed. Honestly it’s just cool to get a personal story on refined cuisine - something I love but don’t have a sense of its history (yet!) - from one of primary contributors to the American movement. Looking forward to more episodes!!
