    It’s not even them
It’s not even the two ladies that get the 2 stars. It’s the groups they promote. All these blank women willing to bully you and harass you over any topic you disagree with. It puts a bad taste in your mouth for the whole podcast as a whole. I used to love everything black but now these black ladies in these groups make me hate my own people.

    I love this show !!
I started listening in February 2024 and I enjoy you ladies so much !!! The banter, some personal stories and the time pieces are amazing. I tell anyone who would listen about this podcast and that it’s a must. Thank you for making this show and I wish you ladies had a live show in Florida. Also not too much on my county of Brevard (Margaret Allen episode) cleaning fish isn’t that country MaRah. Lol.

I just discovered SWK and wish I’d found it sooner. MaRah and Taz are hilarious and I could listen to their voices all day. And, of course, we need more stories about and by Black women. Such a good podcast, highly recommend.

Need more room for more stars!
Sistas Who Kill is everything a true crime podcast should be and so much more. It tells the stories of Black women in the criminal justice system with care, honesty, and a perspective that’s been missing from the genre for far too long. The hosts bring the perfect balance of humor, insight, and cultural context making each episode informative, powerful, and deeply engaging. This podcast is more than just storytelling—it’s a necessary space that gives voice to women often forgotten or misrepresented. Sistas Who Kill is not only entertaining, it’s empowering and essential for the culture.

I first saw you guys on the Pour Minds podcast and when I found out that you were a true crime podcast I had to check you out because I’m a true crime fanatic. I have been binge listening to your podcasts since the beginning of the week and I’m hooked. You guys tell the stories very well and I love how yall post a new listen every week.

Ladies, y’all are doing a phenomenal job with your story-telling, educating, and narrating these stories! I feel like y’all are my best homegirls telling me about a new true crime story knowing it is my guilty pleasure. (Hope y’all Caught the Stepbrothers reference). I feel like we’d be friends in real life. I be talking to y’all, making commentary, and giving feedback as I listen as if y’all can hear me. I started binging from the beginning a few months ago and it helps me through my shifts, commute, and cleaning spells. Keep it up! With love, Double Ne (Nene) from H-Town!

I saw you guys featured on Pour Minds, and I knew I had to listen. As someone who grew up watching Forensic Files and Snapped with her mom(I blame her for my true crime addiction) and now has a law enforcement/social services career you guys’ podcast is great. Law and Order gets boring sometimes, and it is nice to have a refreshing new podcast. Keep it up!

I'm a new listener here! I found the podcast from the Pour Minds collab. I rarely leave reviews on podcasts, but I had to stop and let you both know that I love the storytelling format you ladies use on the show. I just started listening on Monday, and I can't stop, lol. You officially have a loyal listener.

    My Racesharers šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤¬
I’ve been a Sistas Who Kill listener since the beginning. I’m the girl constantly checking my downloads on Friday for the new episode (while still being mad at people who ask you to Do MoRe). I love the trauma-informed lens you use in telling cases. I cheer y’all on every time you point of the disparity in the justice system at the hands of white people. I couldn’t agree more, and I’m a white woman. So I get REALLY mad reading any 1 star clown reviews from white people getting their fragile privilege feelings hurt when they listen. Why are they even here - go listen to the hundreds of whitewashed podcasts that are just repackaged Dateline episodes. Keep killing the game because the world is much better with your voices amplified ā¤ļøā¤ļø. Shout out to the HBCUs! šŸ¤ŽšŸ«¶šŸ»

Episode so good I had to write a review child!
I’ve listened for a while and I’ve binged these episodes already and caught up. And though I stay in the reality tv world normally, I LOVE true crime docs and specials and the way these ladies talk about them. But BABYYY this last episode about Ashley?! So funny I can’t stop replaying these recordingsšŸ˜‚!! So good I had to finally push through the ADHD and write a review. I laughed so hard and I always do. Never not looking forward to Friday šŸ«¶šŸ½

I can’t remember who I think it was Taz but she said ā€œThe police asked Kayla did she know Zackā€ Kayla’s response was Huh?? Out loud I said if you can hug u can hear! Best Crime Pod Out
I’ve been listening to crime podcasts for years but I’m so glad my daughter put me on to this one. Hands down the best one out. You girls get me through my work day. My massage clients be knocked out while I listen to murder and try not to cackle at y’all’s banter. Keep up the amazing work shining a necessary light on out stories and at times injustices. Forever a listener šŸ„‚

This is the best ever podcast
REAL. STORIES DELIVERED IN A REAL WAY. I love it. This other podcast I like is called Crime Junkies. These two podcasts are polar opposites of the voices , the way the story is told, the commentary just a different vibe. I like both but am glad I discovered you both.

I had to see her faint for myself
Shelby thought she was a bad girl, that judge did not care about her antics lol. He was popping that gum with his little comb over. What took me out was when someone in the crowd yells she’s innocent and he hit them with the ā€œanywayā€ and kept going. This episode was great as per usual. Love y’all

This podcast is the best true crime podcast ever.
This one episode where a murderess was confessing and Taz renacted the scene from Kenan & Kel when Kel said ā€œit was me iiiiiiii…..dropped the screeewww….. in the tunaaa!ā€ It was at that moment I knew I would never leave this fan base. I love how funny and cultured this show is. I tell everyone about it. I met y’all in DC at the show and was fangirlingšŸ˜‚! Thank you for this podcast. šŸ«¶šŸ¾

    5 stars and some feedback
I’ve been listening a long time. I love everything about the show except the addition of the sound effects. Stabbing sounds and other killing sound effects are unnecessary, don’t add to the story and come across as insensitive. I love your commentary it’s wonderful otherwise. Thank you for all your hard work.

    This show is the ISH
I have been listening since the beginning. I absolutely love the show I even put my kids(teens) on it, and they love it too especially "take it to the trial" Me and my daughter was talking one day and she said "Mom I want to go to collage but what if the girls hate on me, try to set her up like how they be doing on sista who kill I don't wanna get killed lol " needless to say I fell out laughing. Keep doing what your doin you got a life long listener! Congrats on the baby MaRah!!!

    Crime with a Ki
I discovered this pod years ago- not sure I’ve ever left a review tho. I absolutely love y’all’s factual but comedic approach to telling these stories. My absolute favorite part is the social commentary that’s in included in many of these tales. (I.e. speaking about the challenges growing up in poverty, they systems that work against Black women, etc) MaRah and Taz have become my little cousins in my head over the years. I love Taz’s laugh and MaRah’s singing. Y’all’s growth makes me proud!
  • AlannaUnfiltered
    10000/10 stars!āļø
MaRah and Taz, I’ve been rocking with y’all for 2 years now and have officially binged every episode—so of course, I’m starting over from the beginning. Before Sistas Who Kill, I wasn’t even into podcasts, but y’all completely changed that for me. Your storytelling, humor, and raw authenticity hooked me, but it’s the way you highlight these cases and give a voice to Black women that keeps me coming back. It truly feels like I’m listening to my big sisters. As a Black woman who grew up in a predominantly white community, your podcast opened my eyes to so many things. Every case you share pushes me to fight harder for future generations and ensure we’re never overlooked or forgotten. Thank you both for doing this work. You take cases that are traumatic and turn them into something more, with MaRah’s singing, accents, and passion, and Taz’s bluntness and humor. Y’all create a safe, real space that I’m grateful for. I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings for you both personally and for the SWK community!

    Dear White People
First off, MaRah & Taz love y’all down bad! Thank you for doing what you do and telling the stories how you do! That’s what has me hooked & I still talk about Ashley Jones’ story til this dayyyyy…. Now to these white folks. This show was not made for you or by you so keep your comments and opinions to yourself and go listen to one for you if you don’t like it!! To the ones who rocking with us, get your race sharers together! Muahhhh šŸ’‹
