    Great show
Great for music lovers, especially if you love talking about it with people just as passionate about it as you are. Feels like you’re just hanging out and talking music with a couple friends.

    Expand your musical horizons
I’m a big Al Melchior fan and always looking for something else to listen to so I am not about to miss an episode. I think the advice to listen to each album 3x is good. I usually listen to the album 2x, then the episode, then the album again In furtherance of the podcast’s mission I suggest each guest & reviewer provide 5 great, underrated albums. Here are mine: Lost & Gone Forever- Guster - Alt rock Moondance - Van Morrison - singer/songwriter The Koln Concert-Keith Jarrett-jazz piano Siren -Roxy Music-Rock My Life in the Bush of Ghosts-Byrne/Eno-unique

    Refreshing
Al is such a humble dude. He’s willing to open himself up to his audience by showing that he doesn’t know everything. Learning about new music, even if it’s new to you, with another person is a rare joy. That’s what is at the heart of this podcast. It’s not just the new experience of the music, it’s the rare treat of experiencing music with another person for the first time. Well done Al!

    I know it’s early...
I’ve only heard a 3 minute trailer, but I feel justified in proclaiming this as the greatest podcast of all-time. Very excited to see what Al does with this. I’ve long been a fan of his work as a writer and podcaster and he’s shown to have an amazing taste in music in the years we’ve followed each other. Highly recommended!
