    Always love to listen to this podcast. It seems everything she says hits me right where I’m at. I seem to stick with macros for a couple days and then find some excuse to “cheat”. It’s so frustrating to me. I’ve done this for over a year now.

Emma- your simple approach with high volume low calorie meals that are actually yummy have helped me tremendously begin to stay on track. I watch your IG for l meal ideas so I don’t get bored.     I found Em about 2 weeks ago on IG. Since then I have listened to almost all episodes. I’ve lost 91 lbs via calorie reduction and have been on analysts paralysis on how to start body composition work, macros etc. to build muscle but not gain weight. She explains things so clearly and easily. I will be reaching out to her for training help. Love this podcast.

    I have been struggling with macros for awhile. I have gone back and listened to nearly all of her podcasts and she is so easy to understand and apply what she teaches! I am now In maintenance phase wanting to build more muscle while losing fat and I am finally seeing definition! Give her a listen!

    This podcast has so much practical advice and provides many tools to help one succeed on a fat loss/fitness journey in a sustainable way. Emma cuts down to the chase in a way that makes the information easy to understand and apply and her presentation is excellent. I have learned a lot about nutrition and exercise and have decided to sign up to her Shred program based on the podcast and her Instagram page.

    Valuable Information To Create A Lifestyle Not A Diet
    I have been tracking macros for years and just started following Emma on Instagram. Once I found her podcast I had to listen to every episode! The info she provides is so helpful to clear up questions I had, correct mistakes I was making and validated some of the things I’ve been doing. She takes a laid back approach to macros and really empowers you to know you can create a lifestyle out of this long term for maintenance, we are not meant to diet forever.

    I just discovered Emma’s podcast and am so glad that I did! I’ve binge-listened to several episodes and have found them so encouraging. Other fitness coaches seem to over complicate things, but Emma’s messages are consistent, simple, and motivating. She explains the why behind her advice and gives some much needed “tough love” to clarify why what I’ve done in the past has let me down. Thanks so much and keep it up!
