Love these guys and it’s always a blast! They are always on point, they do a lot of informative research and it’s not like all the other movie podcasts. I love all the hidden gems of knowledge behind some of my favorite movies and characters. I’m always laughing and it’s been on my regular rotation for about 5 years. I highly recommend!!!

He’s the glue for why these podcasts work. Although I miss Donna and Carlos. Kristen is good. Sometimes I don’t find the new guy as funny as he seems to think he is.

This show is a worthy successor to the “Hey, Do You Remember…?” podcast, featuring at least 2 of the frequent heavy-hitters from that show, along with a healthy dose of infectious camaraderie & laughs between all 3 hosts. The true-crime-style dissection of an iconic pop-culture supervillain is a fun gimmick, and gives way to an engaging discussion about a particular movie, TV show, or franchise, complete with back-stories & trivia. The results are highly entertaining!

I started checking this one out because the thumbnail had audrey 2 and after listening to many more episodes i have to say this is the best. But the latest episode about the crow was so informative and amazing. It came from a place of love and respect that truly made me love these guys.

When the last ep of “Hey Do You Remember” aired- I remember feeling like the podcasting world was losing one of the BEST, most innovative shows I had ever heard- Rogues Gallery definitely fills that void in the most inventive way-looking at all angles of delightful deviants of the cinema through lenses most personal. Keep up the fab work y’all- you’re slayyyyyying 😈

These guys do an incredible job of researching behind the scenes and thematic issues and present them in an entertaining way that is unpretentious fun. Thanks for making my drives a blast!

I was late to the game on Hey Do You Remember (didn’t find it until 2019) so I’m not sure why I waited so long to listen to Rogues Gallery. I’ve binged about 10 episodes so far this week. It is amazing! It’s hilarious, it’s informative, and it’s a lot of fun breaking down these characters. Kristen, Mike, and Chris work so well together. The format of the show is incredible! And I’m always waiting to see what the intro will be and how Mike will tell us he is not on social media in each episode. Good quality stuff!

Jeez, how do you start something like this? I’ve learned so much about some of my favorite movies from this group, and have developed a strong appreciation for movies because of them. Been a fan of the podcast Hey Do You Remember (check that out as well), and see this as a compliment to THAT awesome podcast as well. Thanks for making my work commute through traffic feel not all too bad. Keep ‘em coming!

The hosts are all friendly (since two are married, that’s a real accomplishment!) who take a deep dive into a pop culture character and give it some well-meaning love. if you’re looking for bitterness or snark or someone to take a pee on your childhood, look elsewhere. If you want to just enjoy hearing or learning a little pop culture history, give this a listen. Give it two, they’re cheap.

Came to this from HDYR, feel like Chris abs I had very similar childhoods (minus his obvious creativity) and enjoy the POV of all 3 hosts. The breakdown of bad guys taken serious, even when silly is so satisfying

Prior listener of HDYR and Sunnyvale Stacks, I love listening to these three discuss iconic villains and antiheroes. They’re hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable of the material and sometimes drama behind the scenes. I will listen to any podcast these folks develop!

But staying for my future husband that owns Scream on VHS, swoon. Also Kristen is lovely!

As I write this review, the show is early in it’s “second season” after taking a few months off. The hosts are well-researched, funny, engaging, and I just can’t say enough about them. There’s yet to be a bad episode of this show and more people should definitely be listening to it.

Fun, in depth breakdowns of villains and the stories they are in.

I’ve always loved the podcasts from 27th Letter, and this one is no exception! I remember being a kid and going to the video store with my mom. She’d let me rent that store’s 5 for 5 for 5 special: 5 movies for 5 dollars for 5 nights. Even when I was 10, I’d always end up in the horror aisle and my mom almost always let me pick what I’d like (within reason, I never saw Texas Chainsaw until I was much older!). Once I’d finish a movie, I was always so curious to learn more but this was the days before we had a home computer. Listening to this podcast reminds me of the conversations I wish I could have had with my friends back in the day! Highly recommend for anyone who’s a genre fan or just enjoys learning more about great movies and iconic characters. The hosts have a great chemistry, the format of the podcast zips right along, and they cover more than just horror films. Thanks for the great addition to my podcast feed!

Kristen, Chris, and Mike are absolutely some of my favorite hosts around. Blade? Never heard of it. But I will be listening to the episode. They are knowledgeable, they are funny, they have great chemistry. I always learn something and I ALWAYS laugh out loud.

I’m a huge fan of their sister podcast “Hey do you Remember,” so I was excited when this new podcast was announced. It hasn’t disappointed. Chris, Kristen and Mike have great chemistry and make every episode interesting and funny. I love horror movies so my favorite episodes are ones where they tackle major horror villains. Give this podcast a shot and it might become one of your favorites.

I have been a fan of ‘Hey, Do You Remember?’ For years and found out some of the people involved with it were doing a new pod focused on Character Profiles of villains so it gaged my interest rather quickly. I have been marathoning the episodes and love them so far, the Candyman episode is incredible. I can not wait to see who they do next!

I’m a big fan of Chris on Hey do you Remember and Of Mike and Kristin on the Sunnydale stacks. So I knew they would knock it out of the park with this one as well. Great banter between the three host. Highly recommended

I listen to a lot of movie podcasts some great and some where I will skip now and then. This is one of the greats. A podcast that’s fun to listen to. The episodes are as long as the need to be and never dull. Kristen, Mike and Chris have a great rapport, that keeps the movies in different direction and they never lose you in the process. If you love deep dives into characters and movies this is the show for you.

This podcast hits the sweet spot, finding the perfect balance between depth of analysis and humor, objectivity vs subjectivity, etc. All those elements are there - depth, humor, objectivity, subjectivity - but each serves the greater purpose of the show and is complementary to the others rather than becoming dominant. The podcast is brilliant at showing different perspectives and helping you appreciate how differently we all see and interpret and enjoy things. I'm amazed at how good each episode is and each one gets better. Cannot get enough.

This mixes all the things I’ve loved about Kristen, Chris and Mike. Film analysis, check. Amazing character dissection, check. Humor, check (obviously). I look forward to this podcast every time it drops and I am never disappointed. Plus, trying to guess Kristen’s match-up is now my new ultimate goal!

I'm a fan of the entire crew from their shows Hey Do You Remember? and The Sunnydale Stacks. When I heard we were getting another show, I was thrilled. When I heard the concept of the show, I was ecstatic. After listening to the first episode with Ghostface, I think I'm in this for the long haul. I love the format of the show and can't wait to see what other characters they cover. Like they said, it's not limited to just one type of character, so the possibilites are endless. I can't wait to explore them with Kristen, Mike and Chris!

I’m a big fan of the other podcast Chris is on “Hey, do you remember?” so I had to give this one a listen. I’m glad I did. The first episode was great and as a horror fan I’m looking forward to their takes on other horror icons.

The only thing I love more than heroes are villains. Truly delightful!

This is an awesome in depth take on the horror genre and the movie making process that goes behind each of the characters that scare us. I’m so happy with the first episode, and can’t wait to hear the next one!!!

I just listened to the first episode, and although I would have preferred Kristin and Mike had tackled “Angel” as their next project, this was very refreshing. It is an interesting idea for a podcast and I look forward to more episodes!
