    Much love
I’m a little new to podcasts but I’m no stranger to D&D and this is definitely my favorite D&D podcast. Sorry TAZ, still love you guys! These ladies win. ❤️❤️❤️ As another non-boy, getting to listen to a group of women play is so so nice. Sweet, charming, endearing, hilarious, insightful... and inclusive. I’m a little worried that the episodes stopped in April 2020. I guess all good things must end. 🤷🏻 Maybe it’s a COVID hiatus? Hope all is well with them.

Whatever you do, just don’t ask about the wagon!
I started listening to this show two or three weeks ago and I’m kicking myself for not finding it sooner. I was pulled into the show just by the opening song. And while it’s not the name of the podcast, I still catch myself calling this show “Four Girls and a Wagon”. I’m not sure there’s enough that can be said other than this: Keep up the amazing work!

    AMAZING!
I love this podcast so much! It’s always funny and entertaining, and it’s always fun to listen to. Love you gals! P.S. I think there may have been an issue with uploading S3 E18, as I couldn’t find it. Again, your podcast is always a favorite of mine.

A pleasant way to spend an evening
I love this cast of characters. The game is equal parts cheerful and comedic. This fantasy Earth is fascinating and I love how it moves away from the Western Europe centric games that are the root of most inspirations. I love the inclusive community and the depictions of strong women in the world! Keep it up.

Great stories, could use some polish
This podcast is almost EXACTLY what my actual table sounds like when I play, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, there are audio recording and cutting problems that do impact the overall quality of the show. I have no problems with the decision not to add background music or sound effects, but consistent audibility issues do make it difficult to listen to (dead air, inconsistent volume, etc). If audio quality is something you find important this probably won't be your favorite. All that being said, this podcast is so much fun. The players are creative and unpredictable, leading their own stories as much as the DMs leads the overall arcs. The shorter arcs allow any of the group to DM a story and provides a wide variety of storytelling styles, settings, and characters to explore. It's lighthearted and (past the audio issues) a very fun listen.

    So Much Fun!
RLaG dives into the adventure quickly! Which is a breath of fresh air! The cast of this show is having such a good time that it's impossible not to enjoy the ride with them! The characters' interactions are just as entertaining as the players'. It literally just made me happy to listen to this podcast. I'm only a few episodes into the show, but can't wait to see where the story goes!

    Love it
I was new to playing D&D and while my home game explained it this podcast easily got me into the story literally laugh out loud a lot and get more interested in my home game

    Super special awesome!
These gals kick butt in every sense of the saying. From bad puns, wonderful, fun players, to great story and characters (as well as Chester, best character), this podcast is a great listen. It started with four girls looking for a wagon, and has since turned into a possible journey to save the world. You can't get much better than that!

    Refreshingly Positive
I was laughing in the first 5 minutes! Roll Like a Girl is wonderfully light and has some incredibly adorable moments. (I think Chester is the greatest mimic I have ever seen!) The characters are impressively vivid. I can't wait to listen to more and really dive into this world.

    CHESTER!!!!
I really love this podcast. It's so binge-able! I adore the characters, and I've really gotten into the story. There are psychedelic cupcakes (I love cupcakes), a tame mimic, lots of puzzles, and great quests. It leaves me wondering how well the tame mimic, Chester, gets along with cats, because I definitely want to adopt him and love him forever. I guess I'll just have to love this podcast instead!!!

Great characters, story, and player interactions
I super enjoy listening to this podcast! There are interesting characters, including npcs, and a cool story line going on. I can’t wait to see what happens next as the girls continue their quest for these gemstones. Sometimes the audio isn’t balanced for all the players but it’s never been bad enough to make the podcast unlistenable. All around an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work!

    Hilarity
First episode and we get the chest from Discworld.🙀🤯 Can’t wait for what will happen next!😹

Comedic actual play that is pure gold... now with more wagons!
This podcast is quite remarkable. From the way the party first met, to the world building that continues to be established in a fairly organic manner, to the very funny comedic bits thrown in, mostly by the players, to the best NPC in all of podcasting, Chester, a tame mimic that can only take the form of containers? Yes, he is a national treasure and nothing can change my mind about that. And what do you do with a super unpredictable group of players? Why, give them a Wand of Wonder! Oh yes, Shenanigans are RAMPANT in this podcast, and I love every second of it. And don't even get me started on Four Girls and a Wagon (#4GaaW)! You just need to listen to this podcast, because it is amazing. I highly recommend it!

    A delight
Super fun show! It can be hard to get into new characters in RPG podcasts but these girls feel like old friends right away.

    Great DnD pod!
Honestly, a lot of the reviews focus (rightly) on the fact that this is an all woman D&D podcast and, honestly, I LOVE that it exists. But, to be fair, it's a great podcast in its own right. The story is very inturiging and the interplay between all of the player characters as well as between the player characters and NPCs are believable and often very funny. When I find time, I fully plan on bingeing the whole thing. I only just started listening so I don't know if it's a problem with just the one episode I listened to, but sometimes you can hear some audio bleeding out of headphones into the mic and it gives a reverb effect. Still 5 stars because it's not enough to be distracting, just a heads up to the creators, really.
  • grandmastersmack
    wonderful to hear!
I am loving this seemingly sudden influx of actual play podcast where women get together than tell stories. this podcast tells an interesting story and the sound quality is good enough to make binge listening all too easy. Very good podcast if you are looking for women giving you their take on D&D and making it entertaining.
  • Angela_Craft
It's obvious the players are having a blast!
Great GM and group of players - it's obvious these women are having a great time around the virtual table. The GM does an overall great job of describing NPCs and scenes, though in the heat of battle sometimes it's obvious they're referencing a map we can't see (ex: 'I go to the ladder over here' or 'is there something here?'). Can't wait to hear where this story goes!

A solid actual play with great cast chemistry
I only just started listening to this, but I wanted to leave an initial review because it really is a great actual play. I love how descriptive the DM is, and even though I'm not totally clear on the backstory (I jumped in halfway through to get a feel), I'm more than happy to go back through and catch up now after my initial listen. There are some audio quirks, but nothing that some background music wouldn't sort out. I look forward to hearing them improve and watching the story unfold-- the benefits of joining the fanbase early :)

    D&D as it should be!
This podcast is AMAZING and the women on it are just shy of spectacular. The character interaction, the plot and the lack of murder-hobo'ing are all stellar. I can't say enough nice things about these women and their podcast. If you like RPG live-plays this is a must-listen!
  • ShannonPraHar
    Fantastic and Fun
I would highly recommend this podcast! Right from the start there was a fun, heartfelt atmosphere. It felt just like playing DnD with a roomful of friends. I was laughing within the first five minutes of the first episode and still laughing when the episode ended. I've never been caught up so quickly in an "actual play" podcast. I can't wait to keep listening.

    Such a great podcast
This podcast has been such a great addition to my weekly lineup. It's intelligent, funny, engaging. Most of all it tells a great story and has really helped me become a better DM. I enjoy listening to it with my sons and it's helped them realize that not every prolbem in D and D should be approached with a Magic Missle.
  • Gnomelee64
    Very well done.
I really enjoy the podcast. Thank you. As a D & D player sense the early 80’s this well done.

Roll like a girl is awesome
Keep up the great work ladies. I look forward to it each week.
  • bdsmbedtimestories
    Awesome
I listen to a lot of live play podcasts. The storytelling on this one is some of the best I’ve heard. DM and players join together to tell a story full of twists and turns. A lot of these take sometime to get going this one comes at you from the start.

    Great DnD podcast!
Thanks to Lauren for the name drop on Tabletop Champions! The podcast is great, nice to hear the mix between newer players and older ones. Only 4 episodes in but I'm enjoying it all the same. Keep up the good work

    Wonderful!
I'm 3 1/2 episodes in (probably finishing Episode 4 tonight) and I already love this podcast. The adventures they've already gone on and then interactions of the PCs (plus Chester) have been a really fun listen. Everyone involved just seems to be having a good time and really enjoying what goes on in the game.
