    Unique Podcast. Addictive Listen.
I’ve been on a podcast kick for a couple of years now. I can say I listen to roughly 15 podcasts regularly. What separates Grindbin from the rest is how easy it is to listen to. Their insight on cult movies is spot on. Every episode is good for a numerous amount of laughs. The hosts don’t have grating voices and never come across as know it alls. Just regular guys doing a thorough job talking about movies. I highly recommend!!! Updated Review: Podcast is still going strong. Yobo is my doppelgänger (shout out to Astoria). Still hoping they do “Hamburger The Motion Picture”.

Great podcast that is at its greatest when Yobo is a guest.

1 star for politics where it doesn’t belong.
Could have been good, but they can’t keep their politics out of it.

    Awesome podcast
I recently discovered this podcast and it has quickly become one of my favorites (I’m working my way through the back episodes right now); it is both informative and very funny. If you’re a fan of low budget or “bad” movies (though not all the movies they cover are bad!) give it a listen. Keep up the great work, guys.

Hey Bobby I Got The Money
The Grindbin is my favorite podcast. The guys are very entertaining discussing B movies for the past. From Crown International to Cannon films to all things in between. I have discovered many b films from listening to this podcast. I could do without Tim Yobo, but thankfully he’s just a temporary member. Keep up the great work.

    Trashy fun
Fun and laid-back discussion of a wide variety of exploitation/cult/trash movies. Most of the movies they profile are so bad they're good, which makes them all the more enjoyable to laugh about; some of them (Ms.45, House, etc.) are actually good! Unfortunately some of the movies are so irredeemably bad that no amount of humorous commentary can make them interesting to hear about. But the main hosts have a great conversational style and usually do a hilarious job riffing on the many weird details of these movies. Quality of the guests can vary. They also go into a LOT of detail about the various cast and crew members before getting into the movie itself which sometimes goes on for too long. Definitely recommended for fans of cult cinema and MST3K style humor. A few titles I'd love to hear them cover: Julie Darling, Toys Are Not For Children, Thundercrack, Black Cobra, Welcome Home Brother Charles

Politics and witless humor don’t mix
Why people feel the need to virtue signal while talking about b-movies is beyond me. I listened for a good while when there was nothing else in the queue. Then, I started noticing the politics they were injecting from time to time. The show was marginal even before then. Oh well. Get woke, stay broke. Unsubscribed.

    One of the best
Funny, insightful, and always entertaining! I could listen to these guys banter on the phone book!
  • Marka1620
5 minutes movie talk, 55 minutes of off topic stuff
Don’t bother, completely amateur hour with these two clowns.
  • MonkeyKing90039
    Fun, insightful podcast
I listened to the DISORDERLIES and SUPERMAN QUEST FOR PEACE episodes and found them both delightful. It’s rare to have a show that can do both funny banter and has interesting behind-the-scenes stories about the film. GRINDBIN manages both.

I never knew how empty was my soul, until it was full
I thought I would never meet anyone who loves these old schlock movies as much as I do and here’s a weekly group discussion! Doesn’t matter if it’s the 60’s era exploitation, the 70’s era drive-in distraction or 80’s-90’s VHS era cheap-content dump, they discuss it all like a sarcastic Oprah’s book club…but about stories that matter…well to some of us. It’s part trivia for hardcore fans part comedic takedown. They’ve already taken on some of my favorites (Massacre at Central High!) but there’s plenty more in the well.. can’t wait for the next one.

The Best Reviewing some of the Worst
I randomly stumbled upon these fellas while looking for some new podcasts that reviewed some horror or exploitation films. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these two guys Mike and Chris. They are pretty dang hilarious and knowledgeable of some classics films and the banter is gold. Don’t listen to the bad reviews and give these two guys a chance, its worth your time if you got a pension for exploitation films or just bad movies in general. The is my first review for them and I have been listening for a few years now. Two movies I have not seen them review yet which would be awesome are 1. A Smell of Honey a Swallow of Brine 2. They Call Me Bruce. The first one is one of my personal favorites and has some of the funniest lines and scenes from the era of 1960’s exploitation. The second is just a bit silly and not that great but I would love to hear them talk about both either way.

    My favorite white dudes
The Grindbin Podcast first started as a show that I simply found absolutely hilarious and entertaining. About four years later and this podcast is a significant part of my life. I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but who cares. From it's beginnings with Mike Wood and Chris Mann, to the guy Hughes, then to Bobby Batson who gave the show new life (yet isn't featured on the logo, what's up with that?); the show has been consistently hilarious for so long. These son of a guns actually have allowed me to be on the show myself, several times, and I still don't know why, but I truly appreciate it. Even YOU! The dumbass that has read this far down this review, could be on the show! WHITE FIRE!!!

I Came for the Vans, I Stayed Because I Can’t Leave
“What? A podcast about 70’s exploitation and Grindhouse!? This is fantastic.”- my first thoughts when I discovered the Grindbin. It has been months since I’ve seen my family and friends. I’m locked in a room listening and looking forward to each new episode on Tuesday. Each episode assaults the senses. Should I be shocked? No, because it’s hilarious.

    Classless amateurs
People who have created, what? nothing? snickering about movies they deem "bad". Classy Special Olympics jokes at no extra cost.

    Shame
Would have given more stars to the the Grindbin podcast, but when I was playing the Class Of Nukem High Episode for my kid, they started making horrible and offensive jokes about our lord and savior Jesus Christ. SHAME ON YOU BOBBY, YOU ARE IMPURE. also review screwballs one you slackers

    Lack of knowledge is disappointing
These guys can be very entertaining at times and I enjoy listening to the show most of the time. However their lack of knowledge about the subjects and movies in general is very disappointing. I actually laughed out loud when a guest said that they put their own knowledge to shame. I often wonder why Mike chose these movies to do a podcast about because despite his age he doesn’t seem to be interested enough to have learned these things already. I want a show like this to teach me things but that’s certainly not the case. Thankfully they added Bobby because he seems to be the only one who knows anything. For your own benefit stop bringing on your friends, girl friends and wives as guests and bring on people who know what they are talking about. (Some of the listener guests have been a positive addition)

Savage Streets (Episode 5) is my favorite
If you want to waste an hour or so of your life that you will never get back, you can do far worse than this five star product. The hosts take you scene by scene of bad movie after bad movie, through all the sleazy details, and while asking all the tough and uncomfortable questions. Why do they do it? Who knows, but I am glad they do. The Cheerleaders (episode 3) was my first experience with the podcast and although I felt like I needed a shower afterwards, I became an immediate fan and have enjoyed every episode.

    Love it
Subscribed and an avid fan. These guys are great and I love the movies they cover as well as their sense of humor

    So many great terrible films!
I have loved the entertainingly insane forgotten films of the 70's and 80's for as long as I can remember, but have never met a single other person who has seen these crazy movies. I love listening to these guys run through this catalog of low budgets and questionable choices. The podcast's production quality is very high, and their use of clips is excellent. They have led me to discover films I never knew about, and helped me relive the awesomeness of the films I have already seen. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a good/bad grindhouse movie.

    GARGANTUAN GRINDHOUSE GREATNESS
I'm a mondo fan of grindhouse and this podcast is my funked up fave! These guys are into these movies like bevy of braless 70's bad girls in a barroom brawl. Unlike many podcasts the Grindbin is legitimately hilarous. They are Mensa mad scientists of cinema re-animating our dead bored brains into hordes of hunky 80's hairstyles . Even when I disagree with them I love what they have to say. They are loaded with double-barrel orneriness, razor-sharp quips, off-kilter reference bombs, and a bloody kiss from Linda Blair's crossbow. I love the Grindbin so much that I have started watching movies on the podcast just so I can listen to them grind their bin all over my wanton ears. I would stand on a mountain of bikini clad beach babes just to scream my love for this podcast blasterpiece.

    Amazing podcast about awesome movies
One of my favorite shows. The guys are hilarious and the movie they cover are classics, listen every week

    Cringecast
Boring trend of people that have no history of cinema or even the personality to talk about film. Obnoxious, hipster laziness. Snark disguised as expertise. Stick to Marvel movies.

I had no idea these films even existed and now I am extremely traumatized. Luckily the hosts are hilarious and the show is extremely enjoyable, even if you are amoung the lucky ones who were unaware this genre ever had a spot in theaters.

Grindbin is Anything but a Grind
Engaging hosts. Insightful commentary. Hilarious banter. This podcast has the basics down pat. On top of all that, you get a sweet logo and an awesome theme song. Subscribe, I say!

    One of the best
One if the best throwback movie podcasts in cyberspace! Amazing content, even when the movie is terrible they convince you to watch. Great talks with directors and actors that make it sound like they enjoy getting roasted. A MUST listen for fans of cinema.

    Exploring Exploitation Masterpieces
The Grindbin Podcast stands out in the hosts' ability to celebrate the oddly compelling moments of low budget genre movies. Each episode pulls through a recurring theme derived from their show's mascot film THE VAN (1977). Episodes exploring the depths from Grindbin allstar Charles Bronson's later career are priceless, bringing new significance to the violent exploitation films that saturated the 1980s. These highlights punctuate a steady stream of banter for a variety of other films worthy of rediscovery. Check it out and you'll be hooked.

    Love this podcast!
I am a huge fan of grindhouse and exploitation films, and this podcast covers the genres perfectly. The hosts are knowledgeable, funny and easy to listen to. Love their insights, and especially love when they dig up movies I haven't heard of. Definitely a weekly must-listen for me! Follow them on twitter to see the awesome poster art for the films they feature.

    Love the podcast
I have sadly viewed many of the movies the grindbin team have covered before I found the podcast. Your commentary has brought new life into some pretty terrible movies. If you can please review Gunhed (1989). Strange movie from beginning to end but I think you guys could have fun reviewing it. I think it's due for a remake.

    So unique!
I love grind house cinema. If you do too, you'll love this podcast. Absolutely great dissection of the movies with a very unique view. Better than most movie podcasts out there! Highly recommend!

    My favorite bad movie podcast
I'm not really a podcast person, so it takes a lot for me to press the subscribe button and fire it up every week. This podcast is exactly what I want from an exploitation movie podcast. The selections are always great. The jokes are funny. I appreciate the effort they go through to dig up info about the movie so I don't have to. The audio quality is good, which is important to me. There' s a lot of bad movie podcasts out there that sound awful, which is a huge turn-off for me. It's great to find a podcast run by two people who love these movies as much as I do. I really hope they can expand their audience as they really do deserve it.

    Before All Others
There are about a zillion bad movie podcasts, but most of them are hosted by people who hate movies. Their only joy seems to be watching crappy old films and tearing them apart from every angle. Sure, old movies are easy targets, and it's easy to judge them by the standards of today. But this is not entirely fair. There are a many bitter out-of-work would-be comedians whose only release in life is lashing out. But not these guys. Mike and Chris seem to genuinely love these crappy old movies, and they delve into the history and lore surrounding each one. Connections to other movies are noted where possible, and there's plenty of time discussing each film in depth. This is a good podcast, and I listen even when I myself despise the film being discussed. I do have a suggestion, though. If you guys can find it, I'd love you to watch and review the 1985 (or 86) film Hell Squad, about a group of Vegas showgirls who become a fighting force of extraordiary magnitude. There are many boobs and explosions. It's pretty much a ripoff of the 1973 Ted V. Mikels film The Doll Squad, which was allegedly the uncredited basis for the Charlie's Angels TV series.
  • BobbyBatson
Makes you wanna go out and buy a van.
If you love trash cinema, this is the podcast equivalent to the end of that Blind Melon video where the bee girl finds that field of other bee people.

    Exploitation fans rejoice
If you love exploitation and grindhouse you gotta give these guys a listen. Grindbin is hilarious and extremely chill to listen to, it's like filthy, sleezy ASMR. Great hosts, great choice of movies, great show. I love hearing their take on films I've seen and I love being introduced to new ones. Check it out and get Hooked on the Bin!

Exactly What I Hoped It Would Be
I love this podcast. If you're a fan of bad movies from the 70s & 80s, you'll be totally entertained by Grindbin. 80s low-budget movies are a guilty pleasure for me, so hearing them discussed at length by two entertaining hosts is irressitable. The amount of love given to Linda Blair is an added bonus. I'm happy I stumbled across this one and I plan on being a listener for a long time.
