At 65, I feel caught in the changing of the guard - necessary, but none the less confusing. This series is reminding me of what these women did for my generation and helping me remember what I need to pass on. Thanks for putting this together!

Awesome piece

I knew this would be smart and thoughtful but it’s also incredibly entertaining. The complexity and nuance of the subject matter is impressive. No black and white dumbed-down material here! My IQ just went up listening to this podcast!

Podcasts are my escape, my “Elder Hostel”, and my recreation. Listening to Ellen and Lynn educated me about the past, remind me of the late 1960s and early 1970s and fires me up to continue to listen with sharp ears for more “click” moments - because we’re not finished!

Thanks to all of you for bringing this podcast to us/U. S., all women and every sex, every person. She Votes! should be recommended listening for all citizens. I’m in my 70s. When I was born women had been voting for less than 30 years in America. And don’t forget, last November, we celebrated Sesame Street‘s 50th anniversary. You all make me so proud. In the 60s I held my daughter in my arms and I said we’re working on equal rights do you won’t have to go through this when you grow up I told her. And yet here we are another lifespan and another - good thing we don’t give up, good thing we’re women. She believed she could do it so she did. I’m still hearing men say they don’t want equal pay, rights, because, they claim, that will make them get paid less, and have less rights. Always forward- August 26, 2020!
